Silver Art Studio does not accept returns unless the product is received damaged or defective.

1. Return Conditions

A return will be accepted only if:

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos/videos of the damage are submitted

• Our team verifies and approves the return request

3. Return Shipment

• After approval, Silver Art Studio will arrange the return pickup.

• The customer must ensure the product is securely packed with all original packaging.

4. Replacement Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will:

  • Ship a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or worn items

• Items damaged due to customer handling

• Products without original packaging

• Items returned without prior approval
