Silver Art Studio follows a strict No Refund Policy, except under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

• The product is received damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered

• The customer reports the issue within 48 hours of delivery

• Verification is completed through images, videos, or an unboxing video (recommended)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

• Delays caused by courier services

• Normal wear, tear, or silver tarnish

• Product damaged due to customer handling

3. Refund Process

• Once the issue is verified, we will initiate either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

   

• Refunds may take 5–7 working days after approval.
