1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only if:

The product is received damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered

The customer reports the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Verification is completed through images, videos, or an unboxing video (recommended)
2. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Delays caused by courier services

Normal wear, tear, or silver tarnish

Product damaged due to customer handling
3. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, we will initiate either:

A replacement, or

A refund to the original payment method
